1. Structural parameters
- Total thickness tolerance:±0.003mm~±0.005mm(high precision grade)
- Strip width tolerance:Within ±0.05mm
- Copper layer thickness:
- Standard type: ≥0.03mm
- Photovoltaic ribbon/high-demand applications: ≥0.05mm
- Copper layer uniformity:The copper layer thickness is evenly distributed, with a deviation of <±10%
2. Conductive properties
- Conductivity:≥60% IACS (commonly 62~65% IACS)
- Resistivity:≤0.028Ω·mm2/m (copper clad aluminum overall resistivity)
- Continuity test: No broken circuit or broken copper layer in the whole belt
3. Combination performance
- Copper-aluminum peel strength:
- ≥10N/cm (normal requirement)
- ≥12N/cm (high-end products such as photovoltaic welding ribbons)
- Interlayer bonding method: Use continuous hot pressing or calendering diffusion bonding to avoid using adhesives and other methods that reduce performance
4. Mechanical properties
- tensile strength:≥80MPa (annealed state)
- Elongation:≥20%
- Bending times: Repeated 180° bending ≥10 times without cracking or delamination
5. Heat treatment status
- Available:
- Full soft state (annealing): Suitable for welding and bending processes
- Semi-hard:Suitable for cable conductor reinforcement structure
6. Surface quality
- Smooth and clean without oxidation, scratches, delamination, peeling, or crushing
- Available upon request: tinned/glossy/reflective/blackened surface
