The photovoltaic busbar is made of highly conductive electrolytic copper and covered with a uniform and bright layer of lead-tin solder. It connects the battery strings in series and finally leads the positive and negative poles to the junction box.
Front welding is to weld the busbar to the main busbar on the front (negative) side of the battery. The water channel strip is a tinned copper strip, and the welding machine used can spot weld the water channel strip to the main busbar in the form of multiple points. The heat source for welding is an infrared lamp, which uses the thermal effect of infrared rays for welding. The length of the strip is about twice that of the battery side. When welding on the back side, the excess strip is connected to the back electrode of the battery.
