On April 4, Zhoushan Municipal Development and Reform Commission issued a notice on soliciting opinions and suggestions on the "2023 Zhoushan City Effective Investment Expansion Policy (Draft for Comments)". The "Draft for Comments" pointed out that it supports the high-quality development of renewable energy. Continue to improve the charging facility service network and encourage various social entities to build public charging piles. Accelerate the promotion of a number of centralized renewable energy projects such as the Daishan 1# offshore wind power project and the Daishan Shuangjiantu fishery photovoltaic complementary phase I, and continue to do a good job in the large-scale development of distributed photovoltaics in public buildings, public facilities, industrial parks, enterprise factories, and residents' roofs.
Major national energy consumption projects, raw material energy consumption, and renewable energy electricity consumption are not included in the local energy consumption intensity and total amount assessment.
Encourage industrial and commercial users to take advantage of peak-valley time-of-use electricity price policies to build new energy storage power stations.
