Note
1. Indicator explanation
Average daily product output: It is calculated by dividing the total output of industrial enterprises above designated size announced in that month by the number of calendar days in that month.
2. Statistical scope
The production data in this report belongs to the statistical caliber of large-scale industries, and its statistical scope is industrial enterprises with annual main business income of RMB 20 million and above.
Since the scope of industrial enterprises above a certain size changes every year, in order to ensure the comparability of this year's data with that of the previous year, the same period numbers used to calculate indicators such as the year-on-year growth rate of product output are consistent with the statistical scope of this period's enterprises, and differ from the data caliber published in the previous year.
3. Data Sources
Import data from the General Administration of Customs, of which the data for May 2023 are flash report data.
4. Natural gas unit conversion relationship: 1 ton equals 1380 cubic meters.
