- Temperature range
- Ideal operating temperature:-40℃ to 85℃
- Limit operating temperature: should not exceed 105℃
- Long-term use in a high-temperature environment will accelerate the oxidation of the copper layer and the aging of the aluminum substrate, affecting conductivity and mechanical strength.
- Humidity Control
- The relative humidity should be maintained at ≤85%
- Long-term humid environment may cause oxidation or electrochemical corrosion of the copper layer, especially when the copper layer is damaged, the internal aluminum is easily corroded.
- Environmental cleanliness
- Avoid the influence of dust, acidic or alkaline corrosive gases
- Chemical corrosive substances (such as chlorides and sulfides) will accelerate the shedding of copper layers or the corrosion of aluminum bases.
- Avoid long-term direct exposure to ultraviolet rays
- Long-term ultraviolet radiation will accelerate material aging. It is recommended that the components be packaged before use.
Unfavorable use environment
- High salt fog area(Such as at the seaside) Without good packaging protection, metal corrosion is likely to accelerate.
- Areas with frequent acid rain, the packaging sealing of the components needs to be strengthened.
- High vibration or frequent mechanical shockIf the copper cladding is not firmly bonded, it may cause cracking and peeling.
