Battery Tab<\/a>It is the raw material for lithium-ion polymer battery products, such as mobile phone batteries, Bluetooth batteries, laptop batteries, etc. We need to use it in our lives.Tab<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The battery is divided into positive and negative electrodes. The tabs are metal conductors that guide the positive and negative electrodes of the battery cells, commonly known as the positive and negative electrodes of the battery, and are the contact points during charging and discharging. This contact point is not the copper sheet we see on the outside of the battery, but the connection inside the battery. There are three types of battery tabs: aluminum (Al) for the positive electrode, nickel (Ni) for the negative electrode, and nickel-plated copper (Ni-Cu) for the negative electrode. They are all composite materials composed of two parts: a film and a metal strip.<\/p>\n

The film is the insulating part of the pole piece, which is used to prevent short circuit between the metal strip and the aluminum-plastic film during battery packaging, and prevent leakage by heating (about 140\u00b0C) and sealing the hot melt adhesive on the aluminum-plastic film. A pole piece is composed of two pieces of film, sandwiching the metal strip in the middle. There are three types of films used in the market: black film, white film and single-layer film. The commonly used black film is a three-layer structure: heme, melting point 66\u00b0C; PE, melting point 105\u00b0C; PP, melting point 137\u00b0C.<\/p>\n

The finished product packaging of the tabs is divided into disc type (the entire metal strip is rolled into a disc after being coated with film by the equipment) and plate type (the metal strip is cut into independent sheets after being coated with film, and then arranged in a row with two transparent thin plastic sheets sandwiched in the middle).<\/p>\n
